Acoustic Spotlight: Storyhill, Keegan Smith, Stephanie Quayle

Music Villa is proud to announce the triumphant return of Music Villa Live with a little twist. We are starting a new live streaming series called the Acoustic Spotlight. The performances will take place on a secret Music Villa sound stage and you’ll watch the performances live on the Music Villa Ustream.tv channel. Artists will come in, play 2 or 3 acoustic songs and hype their upcoming shows. You can view the performances live on the internet from anywhere in the world! That’s why the Acoustic Spotlight is special.  If you miss a show, you’ll be able to find it in the Acoustic Spotlight show archives under the “blog” section of MusicVilla.com!

Our 1st Acoustic Spotlight is a very special one with 2 talented local musicians, Chris Cunningham & John Hermanson of Storyhill. They are releasing their new album, “Shade of the Trees” Thursday night at the Ellen Theatre in Bozeman. We are lucky enough to have snagged them for a half hour for the debut of our Acoustic Spotlight! Streaming begins at 3pm sharp. More about Storyhill HERE.

Our 2nd Acoustic Spotlight is the very next day and will feature a solo acoustic performance from Keegan Smith! Keegan is on tour where he’ll be playing the Zebra, Thursday the 29th, and Bobcat Fest, Friday the 30th. He’s gonna stop by Music Villa on Friday at 3pm; play a couple tunes, answer a few questions, sign and sell some CD’s, and just hang out in the store. Our 3rd Acoustic Spotlight is happening immediately after Keegan’s performance. We have made a last minute addition to the Spotlight, with Stephanie Quayle & her guitarist. Stephanie is a Bozeman native who currently resides in L.A. where she performs & writes music. She’s in Bozeman for the weekend, and we were lucky enough to catch her for a quick acoustic show.
